Do you offer a money back guarantee?

Yes 1221 Market provides a money back guarantee on products purchased at 1221 Market for any reason.  Simply contact customer service at 800-227-1860 or email customerservice@1221market.com  and provide your name, the issue you are concerned about and approximately when you purchased your product.  We will issue a refund to you quickly.

Is 1221 Market a secure place to shop?

What payment options do you provide?

We provide PayPal for credit card payments and checking account withdrawal services. We also provide Amazon Payments where you can use your Amazon stored credit cards and shipping addresses. 

 Is shipping free?

Almost all products on 1221 offer free shipping. If there are shipping costs you’ll only pay a fraction of the actual cost.  

Where do you ship to?

We ship within the continental United States.  We do not ship to APO/FPO or PO boxes.  If an order is placed with an APO / PO Box, we will cancel and refund your order.

How quickly are orders fulfilled?

If the item is in stock, we typically ship within 3 business days of your order.  If the item is out of stock, you will be able to see what date it will become available and pre-order the item for shipment as soon as it comes in.

How can I check on an order status?
